Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship exclusively via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location.

- USPS Ground Advantage: Best for single candles or lighter shipments (usually 2–5 days).
- USPS Priority Mail: Recommended for larger, heavier orders (usually 1–3 days). Includes up to $100 of insurance.

Shipment Confirmation & TrackingYou will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Warm Weather Shipping (March –September)
To prevent your candles from melting in transit, we primarily ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. This prevents your package from sitting in a USPS warehouse over the weekend. We recommend retrieving your package from your porch or mailbox as soon as it is delivered. All products the include wax will be placed in a heat proof bag to keep the contents from melting during shipping.

Damages & Insurance
The Cozy Wick LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if your order arrives with broken container, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact us at thecozywickllc@gmail.com within 3 days so we can help you file a claim with USPS.
